At Dollboxx Import Shop, we strive to get your stylish swimwear and premium eyewear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two convenient shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your SwimwearLuxe purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags attached and packaging included
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons
- Sunglasses must be in their original protective packaging with film intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we sent the incorrect item:
- Bikini Bottoms
- Brazilian Bottoms
- Bow Bottoms
- Classic Bottoms
- High Waisted Bottoms
- Any swimwear bottoms showing signs of being tried on without underwear
- Sunglasses with removed or damaged protective film
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside
- Ship the item to our returns address (provided with your RMA instructions)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process & Timelines
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing
- JCB payments: 7-14 business days after processing
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
