At Dollboxx Import Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SwimwearLuxe. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, which is why we’ve created this straightforward returns and exchanges policy.

- Return window: 15 days from receipt of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons
- Sunglasses and eyewear must be in original protective packaging
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unwashed, and without any signs of use
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bikini Bottoms (unless defective or incorrect item received)
- Brazilian Bottoms (unless defective or incorrect item received)
- Bow Bottoms (unless defective or incorrect item received)
- Classic Bottoms (unless defective or incorrect item received)
- High Waisted Bottoms (unless defective or incorrect item received)
- Any swimwear bottoms that show signs of being tried on without underwear
- Sunglasses with removed or damaged protective film
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to our returns address (provided with your RMA instructions)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refund Timelines:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing
- JCB payments: 7-14 business days after processing
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
